The Membership is valid for 12 months after receipt of payment. Annual renewal is automatic and EBCR will issue an invoice one month prior to the expiration of existing membership. Members should notify the EBCR by email if they do not wish to renew their membership.

All applications for membership must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.

Become a sponsor

We invite all individuals and companies to support our work and become a sponsor of EBCR. By sponsoring EBCR you will give your company visibility and a branding opportunity to our 70+ members, the broader business community and our partners.

Benefits of being a sponsor

Your logo and company name will be given prominence on all EBCR communications and at all events.
Sponsorship is available at 1000 Euro for Silver sponsors and 3000 Euro for Golden sponsors.

Get involved

You can support the work of EBCR by becoming involved in our dynamic Working Groups. The commitment is usually a few hours per month and entirely voluntary. Each Working Group has a WhatsApp group and meets once or twice per month to agree activities and tasks.

Current working groups

The Working Groups are your best way to get involved and contribute to the business community.

While working on various projects with fellow business people you’ll get the opportunity to advocate for a flourishing business environment in Rwanda, organise events that bring together our community, or help with the communication work that EBCR does towards, members and Gov. officials.

Advocacy

  • Listening to our members to understand their requirements and their challenges
  • Collaborating with government and policy-makers to improve the business climate

Events

  • Collaborating to create interesting and valuable events for our members
  • Identifying venues, speakers and activities for our networking events

Communications

  • Ensuring EBCR has the right profile within the business community inside and outside of Rwanda
  • Ensuring our communications channels reflect our work
